
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
It’s entirely up to you! In fact, the majority of our clients are gone when we’re cleaning, but we make sure they’ll have a welcoming home when they return! If you are home during the cleaning, please be sure that the technicians are given full access to all areas that they will be cleaning.
How do the cleaners get in if I’m not home?
When you schedule your cleaning, we will ask for instructions on how to enter your home. For example: you may hide a key, use a lock box, give us a garage code, or use a smart lock. Please turn off any alarms in order to prevent them from going off accidentally and tell us if there are any special circumstances that our technicians should know about. Our technicians will lock up after themselves when they leave.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule, add, skip or cancel any of our cleanings. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Late cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. If you cancel on the same day as the cleaning, a cancellation fee of 50% of your payment will apply. However if we have already visited your house for the cleaning, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the payment. This policy also applies to visits aborted by our staff due to inability to access your home, such as being locked out. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as last minute cancellations can prevent us from filling the spot and impact the schedules of our hardworking staff.
Do you send the same person every time?
We try to because continuity makes for more consistent service. However, sometimes life gets in the way. If the cleaner(s) that typically works on your property isn’t available, another member of our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide the same high level of service you have come to expect from Seven Sparkles Cleaning Service.
Do I need to provide you with cleaning supplies?
No. You are not required to provide Seven Sparkle’s team with cleaning supplies. Our team has professional grade tools and cleaning supplies to make sure that our service is effective. However, if you have any specific preferences or would like us to use the certain products, feel free to let us know and we will accommodate your request.
How often should I schedule house cleaning?
The frequency of house cleaning depends on factors such as the size of your, home, your lifestyle, and your personal preferences. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning services to suit your needs.
Can I request additional services or customize my cleaning package?
Absolutely! We understand that every home is unique, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests or customized your cleaning package to fit your requirements. Just let us know your preferences, and we will take care of the rest.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary re-clean of the area in question to ensure your expectations are met, at no additional charge. Your happiness is important to us, and we are committed to making it right.
